Account requirements
A current state reseller permit and EIN are required for every account. Regulated categories require additional state licensing on file.
Minimums and case packs
Delivered orders start at $350 per stop. Products ship in full case packs unless a broken-case allowance is noted on the item.
Payment terms
New accounts begin on prepay or card-on-delivery. Net terms may be extended after a review period and a completed credit application.
Returns and shortages
Report shortages, damages, or mis-picks within 48 hours of delivery. Approved returns are credited to the account; regulated products are non-returnable.
