Licensing
Tobacco, vapor, and other age-restricted products ship only to accounts with current, verified state licenses on file for the delivery address.
Compliance
Retailers are responsible for age verification, state flavor and product registry rules, PACT Act obligations, and local ordinances in their jurisdiction.
Product registries
Assortments differ by state. Items not listed on a state's registry are removed from that state's available catalog automatically.
Documentation
Nizara retains delivery and licensing records as required by state and federal law and may request updated documentation at renewal.
