Route days
Each account is assigned a fixed route day based on location. Route schedules are published to your account and to your representative.
Order cutoffs
Orders must be received by 3:00 PM one business day before your route day. Late orders roll to the next scheduled run.
Freight and out-of-route stops
Locations outside standard routes are served by scheduled freight. Freight charges are quoted before the order is released.
Will-call
Approved accounts may pick up at our Spokane Valley warehouse during posted hours with 24 hours notice.
